Well things just got crazy over here in Asia when Sigur Rós formally announced that they have made two tour dates for their world tour. In promotion of their sixth studiio albumValtari, the Icelandic post-rock outfit will launch a massive world tour kicking off in Philadelphia in July. The said tour so far has its last stop in Singapore come November 23 after their Taiwan spot in the city of Taipei on the 21st. In Taiwan, the concert will be held in Taiwan University Stadium while in Singapore, it is in the concert-favorite Fort Canning.

Tickets for Singapore will go on sale June 2st via Sistic while its on the 22nd for Taiwan over G-Music. Updates will be soon be posted like ticket prices and time once details are made available. Meanwhile enjoy Sigur Rós’ new music video “Fjögur píanó” by Alma Har’el.
